REMEMBERING  ARTURO "THUNDER" GATTI


    CANASTOTA, NY - JULY 15, 2009 - The International Boxing Hall of Fame joins the worldwide boxing community in mourning the loss of a true warrior, Arturo “Thunder” Gatti, who died on July 11th. 

“Arturo Gatti's thrilling fighting style endeared him to fight fans the world over and the drama he produced will not soon be forgotten,” said Hall director Ed Brophy. "We were saddened to learn the news of his death and we offer our condolences to his family.”

Gatti was the guest of honor at a Hall of Fame VIP reception on October 16, 2004. Below are a few snapshots of the “Human Highlight Film” during his visit to the Hall.
