BOXING MANAGER HENRY FOSTER VISITS HALL

CANASTOTA, NY - OCTOBER 2, 2010 - Boxing manager Henry Foster, who guides the career of former light heavyweight champion and newest competitor in SHOWTIME’s Super Six World Boxing Classic, Glen Johnson, recently toured the Hall of Fame for the first time. Foster was in Central New York for an evening of professional boxing at the Turning Stone Resort & Casino in Verona, NY where his fighter Samuel Miller met Isaac Rodrigues in the main event.

Foster, who lived in Brooklyn for 40 years before moving to Florida, is seen posing by the world famous MSG ring. The ring has special meaning to him as one of the first fighters he managed, Juan Laporte, boxed in it 21 times.
