  CANASTOTA, NY - AUGUST 29, 2012 - European middleweight champion Grzegorz Proksa (28-1, 21 KOs) visited the International Boxing Hall of Fame in advance of this Saturday’s HBO Boxing After Dark card at the Turning Stone Resort and Casino. Proksa will challenge WBA middleweight champion Gennady Golovkin (23-0, 20 KOs) in the scheduled 12-round main event. Both fighters are making their HBO debuts.

Proksa, from Poland, was accompanied to the Hall of Fame by his coach Fiodor Lapin and team member Pawel Gasser. Team Proksa enjoyed the many exhibits on boxing’ s history, including those of Hall of Famers who are of Polish descent, Tony Zale, Mickey Duff and Stanley Ketchel.

In the co-feature former WBO junior middleweight champion Sergiy Dzinziruk (37-1, 24 KOs) will take on undefeated Jonathan Gonzalez (15-0, 13 KOs) in a scheduled 12 round bout.
